Siemens Mobile Display Data

Hello,

Does anyone know the pinout and type of display controller of the displays
used in Siemens mobiles C65, CX65 or SX1?
The displays seem to be manufactured by Sanyo, but there are no datasheets
available.
The displays are marked as:
LM15SGFNZ15 (C65-mobile)
LS020B8UD05 (CX65-mobile)
50021P00 (SX1-mobile)
The first 2 types are serial dsiplays, the third seems to be a parallel one.
It is hard to find a contact to the manufacturer.
Maybe somebody knows one?
